From the Driver's Seat to the Instructor's Chair
Mike McMeiken has spent years on the front line of driver education — sitting beside nervous learners, guiding first-time drivers through busy roundabouts, and helping students overcome the anxiety that holds so many back from passing their test.
After years of teaching, Mike noticed a gap: the resources available to instructors were either outdated, overly generic, or simply not built with the realities of modern UK driving lessons in mind. So he built his own.
Mike Driving Skills was born out of that frustration — and a genuine desire to help both instructors do their jobs better and learners feel more confident behind the wheel.
